Pipe Rescue Privacy Policy
Pipe Rescue ("the game") is a puzzle game for Android, made by Bikash Labs ("we"). This policy explains what information the game uses and why. We do not ask you for your name, email address or any account, and we do not run servers that receive your data.
1. Information stored on your device
The game saves your progress on your own device: levels completed and stars, best move counts, lives, daily reward progress, bonus hints and undos, sound and reminder settings, and which tips you have already seen. This information stays on your device. We never receive it. Uninstalling the game, or clearing its data in Android settings, deletes it.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game shows optional rewarded video ads (for example to get extra moves, a life or a hint) through Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To show and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects and processes information from your device, which may include:
- your device's advertising ID and other device identifiers;
- approximate location derived from your IP address;
- device and app information (such as device model, operating system version, app version and language);
- information about how you interact with ads, and diagnostic information about ad performance.
Google uses this information to serve ads, measure them, prevent fraud and abuse, and, where you allow it, personalise ads. Google's handling of this information is described in the Google Privacy Policy and in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
3. Your choices about ads
- Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland): before ads load, the game shows Google's consent form so you can choose whether ads may be personalised. You can change your choice at any time in the game under Settings → Privacy choices.
- Advertising ID: you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, in your Android device settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads, or Google → Ads, depending on your device).
- Ads in the game are always optional: you choose when to watch one.
4. Notifications
If you allow notifications, the game schedules reminders on your device (for example when your lives are full or a daily reward is waiting). They are created on the device itself; no information is sent to us to do this. You can turn reminders off in the game under Settings, or in your Android notification settings.
5. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the game, contact us and we will help.
6. Data sharing and security
We do not sell personal information. Apart from the advertising described above, which is handled by Google, the game does not share information with third parties. Information collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is sent over encrypted connections.
7. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and its effective date.
